Andrew’s invite in full offers a rewarding run:

Start 2019 by blowing away the cobwebs, enjoying some of the Essex countryside and supporting a good cause; in return for you donating and joining me there’ll be some freebies!  It’ll be muddy so make sure you’re prepared for getting dirty. We’ll meet at the Orpen Hall Car Park for a 10:30 start and we’ll finish at the same place.  There are no bells and whistles with this one; it’s just a group of people getting together to have a run at whatever pace you like!

As part of the TRIBE 10% Project: 1,000,000 Mile Challenge, I am rallying my TRIBE to come together and run/ride as a team this Jan. In doing so, we will help to raise a total of £50,000 to support TRIBE Freedom Foundation on their mission to end modern slavery in the UK.

In 2019, TRIBE Freedom Foundation is supporting two outstanding projects (Snowdrop & Ella’s Home), each providing long-term support for survivors of trafficking and exploitation. To join the team and take part in my event. Check out the details on my event page and make your donation to register.

  • £5 Donation = 2 free TRIBE bars + Free TRIBE Pack (online)
  • £15 Donation = As above + Free TRIBE tee (worth £20)
  • £25 Donation = As above + Free TRIBE sweater (worth £30)

So What Happened?

Andrew managed to get 8 fellow runners (plus a dog), out on New Years Day for a lovely 10mk trail run past Hillhouse wood and through the Fordham Estate.  It looks like they enjoyed themselves!
